“It is better to believe than to disbelieve; in so doing you bring everything to the realm of possibility.” ~Albert Einstein
Follow your heart and just go. All too often, I sit around thinking about how sick and tired I am of being sick and tired of being stagnant. I am a believer that there is always room for improvement. That even the most productive people or groups have room to grow and expand. It is not mutually exclusive; we could celebrate achievements whilst also striving for bigger and better. Which is why in these first three months of 2021 I am making it my habit to do good by acting and doing. Personally, I am not looking to do anything grand or major. It could be the simple action of making eye contact and saying hello or good morning to the first person I see on the street. It could also mean taking time for mental, physical, or spiritual health. Again, it does not need to be big or grand. It needs to be me and mine. I need to be the one in control of saying, today I am going to do something nobody can take from me. Common knowledge can comprehend that when we do things that make us feel good, we will want to experience it again and again. Think of the last time you experienced something you enjoyed. I bet, that you are longing to have the ability to experience it again. Now, think of the time you picked up the phone to call a friend, neighbor, or family member just to see how they are doing. How did you feel? Think of the time you got back from a walk; how did you feel? Exactly. You felt accomplished, strong, and proud of your achievement. You might have shared it with someone or not, but you felt good!

Let me go first, I surprised myself by going longer and further than expected on my habitual morning run. I too felt strong and accomplished. Now I am ready to tackle and take on the day.
