‘Capital Bingo’

Hi!

Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog. My name is Shlomo Fishman. By trade and training I am a Certified Recreational Therapist, or CTRS. For the past 10 years it’s been my goal to get to where I am standing today, and on the road to take another million small steps. I started my career with a vision to help individuals improve themselves through exercise and fitness. Being someone who enjoys all forms of leisure recreation participation, it is something what I like to pride myself on. Each one of us are standing on a starting line of sorts, and each of us have a mission to complete. Although leisure recreation is different for each one of us, it is the reason why I started in the first place. Through the actions of making the commitment, showing up each day, and putting in the focused work. Is what has me here today speaking with you (or more like you reading this). My goal over here is to a) help you find your start line, b) keep you motivated, c) provide guidance/support d) create a community where we can all grow together.

Don’t wait or delay, take action today, do something for you!

Which is why I present to you ‘Capital Bingo’. Capital Bingo is all about you doing the things you love. Like traditional Bingo, each week you will be presented with either a pre-filled Bingo board or one that can be edited by you. Go through your day knowing that you have done something that nobody can take from you!
