Ever wonder what sets the elite from the also ran? The winner from the second place finisher? Or the person who just misses out from reaching their goal? I can attest from personal experiences that I’ve been in both seats. Coming home with a new personal best is great, and there’s a specific poignancy that comes with it. Though the one thing that’s always a constant – is a positive state of mind. That is, knowing in my mind that something good is about to happen. We all have different thought methodologies some iron clad strong and positive, and others working to become … but wherever we are on the spectrum – we are moving forward! Action: Take a pen and paper, or open a new word document. Set your timer to chime in 90-seconds. Free-write 3 amazing things that happened to you yesterday. Finally, share it with someone you care about!
