Tidbits and nuggets

Being the best version of yourself, does not put themselves in the position that when the new year rolls around that they feel the need to be a new self. They do the things that need to be done every day. The best version of yourself, does not position themselves in front of goals that are unattainable and beyond reach. They do the one thing that needs do be done today. Being the best version of yourself, does not feel the need to go from zero to hero in 2.2 seconds. They take the necessary steps to build and grow each day.

Being the best version of yourself starts with core values, beliefs, and the principles that you live by. If this is something you already espouse, then you might what to refocus or readjust when appropriate. If the new year is that time, then great. If it isn’t, find a time when you can take a few moments to ask yourself, am I living and being the way, I want to be? If not, what steps can I take to help myself get to where I want to go?

Being the best version of yourself generally has broad ideas and plans but is also focused day-to-day. You can climb and get to the top of highest mountain. You need to remember where your feet are and take the appropriate step to assist you in moving forward. Trying to take more than one step at a time is not recommended. I ask you, take the one step today for a better tomorrow.

Being the best version of yourself, allows yourself to gain solid and steady momentum. The momentum is always forward whether you realize it or not. Taking one step every day, doing that task at hand, and repeating regularly will allow you gain steam, momentum, and energy with every passing day. Ultimately, reaching and surpassing your goal(s).
